* Wash immediately after use for best results.

* Do not store dirty, stale sweat can break down the technical fibres in performance garments

* Wash at 30°C degrees use only a low spin.

* Make sure all zips are fully fastened.

* Do not tumble dry. Leave all garments to drip dry.

* Do not use fabric softeners, they can break down technical fibres.

* Do not wash with any garments that have Velcro fasteners. Velcro candamage other garments during the wash.
